Refund Policy

As one of the customer-focused patches maker in the country, we consider ourselves accountable for customers' happiness. For that reason,
we offer a refund policy that's effective in the following cases:

  • The customer was subjected to pay twice. In this case, proof of a twice payment needs to be presented to customer support, and we'll refund the extra deducted amount.

The refund shall not be effective in the following cases:

  • The delivered product was different from what was ordered. In such case, we'll offer an exchange and deliver the product that was ordered.
  • The refund should not be applicable if the manufactured product is different from what was ordered. In such case, we'll re-manufacture the order without charging anything extra.
  • The refund isn't applicable if the customer approves the design and the latter has issues in terms of design.
  • The customer's delayed responses can result in the denial of to refund claim.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund claim by all means.
