ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Although EmbroideredPatchesNZ believes in resolving customer's issues by all means in case a customer wishes to cancel their order for any possible reason, the following order cancellation policies shall be applicable:

• Customers can only cancel orders within 24 hours.
• Ordered cancelled after 24 hours would be accountable to a 10% deduction.
• Ordered cancelled after 48 hours would be accountable to a 30% deduction.
• Ordered cancelled after 72 hours would be accountable to a 60% deduction.
• Ordered cancelled after 80 hours would be accountable to a 100% deduction.
• However, once the order is shipped, no refund shall be accommodated.
